Andrew Panton Design was established in January 2020 in Melbourne but in actual fact the company had been many years in the making.
Andrew’s transition into designing gardens was a natural one having worked on and in some of Melbourne’s finest gardens running a successful horticulture and landscaping company. ‘My new landscape clients almost always wanted me to design their garden which got me thinking’, Andrew reflects.
With a natural creative streak and a flair for garden design, Andrew’s passion soon became a reality, and in its first year the company completed a number of large-scale residential jobs and multi-level developments.
Andrew and the team specialize in a highly detailed design process from consultation to concept plans through to full working drawings, 3D imagery, tender management and contract administration services.

Andrew’s practical background in the industry is significant, and it allows him to have an intimate understanding of each individual garden. Armed with this knowledge and experience, consideration is given not only to the physical beauty of each space, including exceptional plant and material selection, but also its functionality so each garden can be used to its maximum potential.
